“Now you are simply assuming I sleep at night.” A sarcastic grin twisted her features but as quickly as it came, it was gone. This was all part of the big lie that was Emma Grace Frost - Being able to look into the mirror and only seeing how fabulous she wanted to be perceived, sleeping soundly at night… It all became easier when you could trick your mind into a corner, shape your thoughts and ignore. The trick was to ignore. It did not make it any less painful, however. “However, the discomfort of my bed is more due to poor mattress quality, I am afraid.“ She waved, and took a few tentative steps into the room - A room she would have liked for herself, regardless of the fact she wouldn’t admit it. “I tend to believe it is exactly what happened. Especially to this poor boy. But I suppose it is acceptable for SHIELD to break the laws and take a minor in interrogation against his will and without subsistent accusation.” She snorted. “Do tell me your version. It could be vastly entertaining.“ She grinned then, and corrected - “The committed version of Logan."

image "Because only Miss. Frost can bypass one of the only human necessities,” Alison replied in a bored monotonous tone, her nails suddenly becoming extremely interesting. That was her usual tactic for dealing with Emma, monotonous boredom, though it usually failed miserably, but it at least made Emma become slightly less unbearable. Her posture shifted once again into one she had been taught in law school, square shoulders and a back as straight as a ruler. “That boy as you so called him, damaged immense amount of properties as well as siding with a group of ’committed‘ terrorists, who had also illegally taken a minor out of the country–we had our rights to take him, whilst as you had none.” Her reply was through clenched teeth, all of that information had been spoon-fed to her, and while she was against Scott’s whole concept of his new team, she also hated SHIELD–with a burning passion. She had initially shrugged it off as some anger after being kidnapped and abused in Project Pegasus, but now it just felt like a hugely bad idea. At least she already hated Emma enough to not care if she was rude in the slightest.
