“Yeah the lingerie really put it into perspective.” She muttered, buttoning up her coat protectively at the thought— or the mock thought as that’s not really where she was coming from. “Yeah I aced English and all that. But I wore gloves most of the time.”

“I could understand.” Alison replied, her tone void of emotion. Her eyes glanced both ways down the street, her ears trying to pick up the certain frequency a bus engine gives out every time it revs - but alas, nothing. Wasn’t there like a fifteen minute rule? Wait fifteen minutes and you’re just supposed to walk, or did that only apply to College? “Mutant powers aren’t all that easy, eh?” Alison asked with a slight smirk.
