
[Text: Sparkle Crotch] Take your time. I've got all day, unless something goes wrong.She wandered around her studio, fixing things here and there. Anticipating Ali’s visit. Ever since she had her own adventure in a microverse, with a war overlord, she was glad to be reunited with her darling friend. Even with all that had gone down, Ali was going to be like a breath of fresh air. With an ear listening to the doorbell, she plopped down on the couch, filing her fingernails.
Slowly, she had been drifting off to sleep— Alison’s voice through the door had woken up. She shook herself and waltzed over to the door, pulling it open. Janet quickly wrapped her small arms around the taller woman, “Of course you can, Ali.”
Alison smiled an impish smile before ducking through the doorway. Her strawberry blonde hair obscured her vision just enough for her to walk into the nearby table causing her to stumble backwards and swear rather audibly. Most of her composure had just disappeared and she was stuck, hunched over, swearing at a rapid pace. Life hadn’t been the kindest on her as of late, and her mood really reflected on that. She grumbled as she straightened herself back up, her stature slowly regained it’s poise as she removed her overly large trench coat she had been wearing all day.
She threw the coat over the back of the chair and immediately sat down, a deep sigh escaped her lips as she leaned back into the cushioned seating. She breathed deeply for a second before turning to face Jan. “So here’s the thing–the short version, that is. I had a little adventure which ended up with me getting a new suit from a … friend. The thing is, the … friend got the sizing wrong. Care to help me alter it?” She grinned weakly in an attempt to lighten the situation, her light blue eyes glimmering with a small thought of hope.
